Head Southwest on US 17 ALT towards Walterboro. Upon entering Walterboro, turn right on Paul St. and go about 0.3 miles. Bear right onto N Jefferies Blvd. and go 0.4 miles. Then turn left onto Bells Hwy (SC 64) and continue for 18 miles. Bear left onto Confederate Hwy (SC-641) for about 10 miles. Turn right into Rivers Bridge State Park.

Take SC-46 or US-278 to Hardeeville. Then head North on US-321 for 34 miles. Merge onto and continue on Columbia Hwy/Railroad Avenue/S Columbia Hwy (US-321) for 20 miles. Upon entering the city of Sycamore, turn right onto Confederate Hwy (SC-641) for about 8 miles. Turn left into Rivers Bridge State Park.

Take SC-21 to Yemassee and then head Northwest on SC-68 and merge onto US-278. Upon entering Hampton, SC, turn right on US-601 for about 15 miles. Turn left onto Confederate Hwy (SC-641) for about 10 miles. Turn right into Rivers Bridge State Park.
