The Lodge typically arranges three meeting places for Brothers attending the Section Fellowship to meet at and carpool to the event. These meeting places are usually the Council Office, a rest stop in Summerville, and a similar location near Beaufort. Traveling arrangements for the 2008 Section Fellowship have NOT been finalized yet. Please continue to check this page for updates on the traveling arrangements. All members attending Section Fellowship should receive an email, phone call, or mailing with more details for attending the Section Fellowship.

The Lodge usually meets around noon on the Friday of the Section Fellowship. Brothers still in school will need to arrange to either leave school early or miss the day completely. Students can usually get this absence excused prior to attending the Section Fellowship so please check with your school. Please try to find a ride to the meeting areas. If you cannot find a ride once the travel arrangements have been posted, contact Michael Rice, the Vice Chief of Program, and he will assist you in finding a ride to one of these meeting places.
